Description: – Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skill

Candidate should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Support / Seller Support Voice Process Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage

Should be open to work in Night shifts

Responsible for dealing with International Clients Previous experience mentoring peers or leading a project strongly preferred Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based customer interaction Proficiency with expert computer functions including MS Office suite strongly preferred

What should you expect?
� Selected candidates will be given 60 days of extensive training sessions which will include classroom training, on job training and training in customer interactions.
� 9 hours work shifts; 6 days a week. (The weekly offs and shifts will be decided by the manager)
